Vintage Chanel Black Satin Pencil Skirt from 99A, 1999 Fall.

Beautiful skirt that goes with everything. There is a metal rectangle at the waist which says “Chanel." Flattering style, zips up the back. No waistband.  No pockets, no gathers, no pleats, no elastic- simple and nice smooth fit.  

The waist was professionally altered to be smaller, and the hem has been shortened, and it is in excellent condition.
